Why we developed our own coaching style?

We have made a name for ourselves based on the back of this amazing program structure. Founder, Coach Kanaan believes his mission is to provide quality coaching which is extremely rare in the industry.  Facilities everywhere focus on fads that come & go, and worse than that they cram as many people into one class with little to no real instruction or coaching to perform exercises correctly & quite often leaving their clients injured and giving up on their health and fitness goals. 

At PitFit we follow a quality controlled structure & BELIEF that everyone should get a personalised experience when attending a workout.

 

Personalised Small Group Training is based on the below:

  • Expert coaches in control of every session. Giving In depth demonstration & coaching throughout the session.

  • Capped classes where the maximum attendance in 12 people so we can focus on personalised coaching within each session.

  • Speciality pits/Classes which are programmed to maximise return on investment for you! Separating programming so that you actually progress over time in each different element with as little risk of injury as possible. 

  • Partnered Programming where you can work with someone else on each station in every Pit. This is a great extra motivator whether its because you're competitive OR for support getting through the exercise together.
