Our team has been working tirelessly to bring the ultimate in private recovery for our clients in the Pit. We are currently redefining the recovery experience with a submersive outdoor recovery experience which will include maximising the health benefits with the use of our infrared sauna & Ice plunge with the comfort of some sunbed and outdoor shower facilities.

INFRARED SAUNA:

Our state of the art sauna has more than enough room for yourself & your partner to enjoy all of its benefits. Heat upto 66 degrees celsius and sweat out all of the stresses in your life.

COLD PLUNGE:

Take a plunge into some cold therapy & benefit from the physical & mental healing that comes with it. We set the tub to 15 degrees celsius but it can go down to as low as 0 if you are an experienced athlete when it comes to ice/cold plunges.

STRETCHING ZONE:

With more than enough private space you have an open space section to roll out a yoga mat, stretch, mobilise & even use our onsite massage gun to release your tight muscles.

OUTDOOR SHOWER:

The perfect place to rinse off before, after & in between the sauna and cold plunge.
