HIGH PERFORMANCE

Join us for a workout that will really get your lungs working! High Intensity Interval Exercise that will surely leave you with a good sweat. This Pit uses key athletic movements that you would usually see in a high performance sports facility. With that in mind, our coaches will ensure your form is perfect to keep you happy and healthy and ensure the exercise benefits will be evident.

LIFT

 A non-traditional circuit based class that uses exercises targeting hypertrophy and strength in as little as 40 minutes. Focusing on Range of movement and form is key as our coaches will teach you how to perform each exercise prior to the class starting as well as assist you during the session. A rush of blood to your muscles is a high that once experienced is too good to stop!​

Join us for a Yoga or Mobility class and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind. Yoga techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced.
