Turn up to your first session in the Pit 5-10 minutes early so that the coach onsite can familiarise you with the format and the facility.
Pay attention in the demo & get stuck into the workout. There are no expectations or pressures from our team in your first session. We will observe your fitness levels during your trial and program accordingly.

Your Week at PitFit – Planned for Peak Performance
At PitFit, everything is taken care of for you. Your weekly program is designed to deliver the perfect balance of results and recovery. You’ll start the week strong with LIFT PIT, a full-body resistance training session. On Tuesday, switch gears with FIGHT PIT, combining cardio and skill-based boxing-style training. Wednesday keeps the energy high with a full-body HIGH PERFORMANCE PIT workout focused on endurance, power, explosiveness, and stability. By Thursday, you’re back to LIFT PIT but with an alternate split program to build strength and consistency, Friday we hit it again with a fiery FIGHT PIT before wrapping up the week with your choice of another LIFT, HIGH PERFORMANCE or Composure on Saturday — a rejuvenating blend of yoga and Pilates to restore your body and mind.
